STEP 1: Read terms and conditions of returning products

» Return freight is the responsibility of the customer
» You can return merchandise up to 90 days from receiving your order
» Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of RMA to be accepted
» Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product, freight not included
» Correctly personalized items cannot be returned 
» Full credit will not be granted on items that appear to be used or opened 
» To receive a credit the items must be returned to us in the same condition that they were received
» EventGiftShop does not guarantee the safe arrival of candles shipped during the hot summer month

STEP 2: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

» You will want to email us at [email protected] to obtain the RMA number

» You can also reply to your order confirmation / shipping confirmation emails to request the RMA

STEP 3: Filling out the RMA form and mailing the order back

» Once approved we will email you the .pdf file with return steps
